When my husband and I relocated to a retirement community near Santa Monica Beach in Los Angeles, I felt completely helpless.


The only problem was that I was overweight and never quite felt confident in my own skin. The very idea of putting on a bikini had me feeling lightheaded, and I wasn't even exercising or doing anything at the time.


My buddy Stacy told me about the '10-Second Tweak' Method, and after feeling hopeless for a while, I decided to look into it.


I was afraid to try it out for myself, but now I'm so glad I did! I've always enjoyed my first cup of coffee of the day, but now I can't get enough of it. My self-esteem has soared because of how great I appear in the mirror.

It's unbelievable that I'm able to visit all of my favorite beaches with relative ease now that I'm in my 50s This photograph was taken by my spouse.

I can now take use of the beach, ocean, and sunshine that my new location provides... In addition, I am really loving the bikini and am receiving praises left and right. It's like I've been given my life back!


This practice has given me independence, and that's why it fills me with joy to teach it to others. Everyone can do it; if I can do it, anyone can!
